ARLIE

2016 AQHA/APHA CHESTNUT GELDING

Accepted and will SELL on December 3, 2022, in Las Vegas at Premier Horse Sales Diamonds in The Desert. Plan to bid remote, https://www.premierhorsesales.com/register-to-bid-las-vegas/ Loaded with BLING, 15-hand confirmation, quality, and talent, Arlie is 1 all-around guy! Double registered he is- AQHA and APHA! His baby doll face will have you at “Hello!” Accomplished, yes, an AQHA point earner, a NRHA $ earner, and a futurity finalist in the reining! We qualified him for the AQHA world show in 2021. He has been hauled and shown in the ranch riding and trail events as well; his trot is something to talk about! A smooth, beautiful, fluid mover, he is captivating to watch! Western, English, Trails, Ranching, Showing… the list goes on and on! Arlie is not afraid to get his feet wet on the ranch and trails. He’s smooth to ride and will navigate in the roughest terrain. Want to separate from the group and blaze your own path? Go for it. Buck deer, bicycles, napkins blowing across the arena, strollers, and chaotic horses he will politely ignore. Trained to lie down, curbside, pick up dropped objects on the ground, such as your hat. He is a cattle drive guru; been on so many! When it’s time to shine amongst the cowboys in the branding pen, rest assured you’ll be mounted, seasoned and safe! He does not care about the hustle and bustle, bawling calves, or ropes here and there. As a $$ winner in the reining, Arlie offers easy-to-sit spins and sliding stops and has flawless lead changes. Arlie guides through each maneuver rides with a direct rein or neck rein. No worries if you came to Las Vegas and forgot your rope horse. Already a World Show Qualifier, Arlie can take the pressure and has performed for many levels. A valid switch end rope horse, scores, hunts the cow, and rates off, along with a showy handle. Arlie is on auto-pilot heeling, always on his hocks and letting you see feet across the arena. He is not high maintenance; he rides and keeps like a good ole ranch horse, out with others or quiet by himself. He enjoys your attention, whether brushing or saving him from annoying gnats with fly spray. Like his sire, he can hold his own in the show pen against tough competition or on the ranch in rough terrain. Arlie is an own son of NRHA Open Futurity and Congress Finalist ColonelsSmokingPep!! We would love to have you come and meet Arlie at our ranch in Arizona. We can be reached at 406-381-2347.
