Ridge is a dream horse with a striking true blue roan coat that immediately captures attention.

His classy, quiet, and correct build makes him highly sought after for both his looks and his temperament. Because he excels in multiple arena disciplines, ranch occupations, and trail environments, he quickly becomes a rider’s most cherished partner. His sweet temperament and fun personality add even more charm, making him a horse people remember.

His reliability has been proven time and time again. We have relied on Ridge for ranch tasks, trail rides in both rural and urban settings, and multiple jackpots for heading and heeling. Additionally, he stands out in a crowd with his elegant movement, smooth transitions, and positive, attentive demeanor. He is eager to please and responds willingly to direction, which makes him enjoyable for riders of many levels.

Ridge’s walk is one of his most remarkable qualities. He maintains a steady speed or easily outpaces others when asked. On the trail, he demonstrates reliability across varied terrain, including water, bogs, and steep slopes. Moreover, he stays composed in traffic, crowded tourist zones, and around waving flags, bikes, motorcycles, and strollers. He is brave alone and collaborative in groups, leading assertively or following quietly. He will even stand patiently on a loose rein for extended periods, which makes him a pleasure to handle in any environment. His calmness extends to wildlife, dogs, cattle, and buffalo.

His ranch abilities are equally impressive. Ridge enjoys gathering and doctoring cattle, behaving exactly as a well‑trained ranch horse should. He offers excellent control for handling difficult gates and maneuvering through tight spaces. Furthermore, he is a versatile, user‑friendly rope horse skilled at both ends. He is a money winner on both ends and remains quiet in the box, hunts the cow naturally, and runs and rates with ease. His move across the arena is neat, and his face is smooth and correct.

Versatile, Talented, and Ranch‑Ready

Ridge knows the ropes of ranch life and is more reliable and handier than a Leatherman tool. He has worked across varied terrain, from pastures to mountains. Because he watches a cow with focus and holds one on the rope while doctoring, he is a consistent and trustworthy ranch partner. His exposure to gunfire, blowing tarps, and heavy machinery has made him seasoned and dependable.

Confident, Seasoned, and Trail‑Proven

Trail riding is one of his strongest qualities. He stays steady, sure‑footed, and attentive in rugged terrain. Water, bridges, logs, and uneven ground are crossed with confidence. Additionally, he remains relaxed and focused, making him enjoyable for riders who want a dependable partner. His ability to stay consistent after time off is one of his most appreciated traits.

Gentle, Social, and Easy to Live With

Ridge is gentle‑natured and forms strong bonds with his handler. His calm, steady nature makes him easy to handle in every setting. He has been ridden by children and manages that responsibility well. Riders appreciate how he stays consistent, even after time off, and how he approaches each day with a willing attitude. His kindness and reliability make him a barn favorite.

Sound, Vetted, and Ready for His Next Partner

Ridge is comfortable to ride, easy to sit, and looks fantastic in English tack. He has jumped and shows promise in western dressage and ranch versatility. He is sound and has cleared high veterinary standards, including radiographs, dental care, worming, and farrier work. His rare combination of beauty, talent, and temperament makes him a true gem.
