Our team will walk you through the entire bidding and registration process, making it simple, clear, stress-free and FUN. From in-house registration to online, phone and absentee bidding, we’ve designed every detail to help you bid with confidence.

- Make A “Must Have List” (Size, Color, Age, Sex, Goals, Budget, Riding Level of Horse You’re Looking for)
- Ready to find your perfect match? Once you’ve made your “Must Haves” list, don’t hesitate to reach out directly to our consignors or the Sale Manager
- Start the Registration Process (IN-HOUSE – PHONE – ABSENTEE – ONLINE)
- Book those plane tickets, Map out your Road Trip & Make those Hotel Reservations (We have Dry Camping Available)

We are here to walk you through the registration and bidding process.
- Fill out your Buyers Registration Card (you’ll receive ticket for our buyer’s lunch & a ‘you be the judge’ superhorse card)
- With your registration & signed consent you received a stamp allowing you to Ride & Try
- We will need a copy of your driver’s license
- Funds Approval Form or a Letter of Good standing from your Financial Institution
- Signed Buyers Terms & Conditions
You could also email copy of Drivers License, Funds Approval & Signed Buyers Terms & Conditions prior to sale
Payments accepted Cash, Personal Check with funds approval, Wire Transfer, U.S. Bank Drawn Approved Check U.S.., Cashier’s check U.S. Bank money order
Winning In-House Buyer Will Receive
- A buyer Swag Bag for each horse purchased full of Sponsorship goodies and a Custom Halter
- 5 days of Drop of the Hammer Equine Insurance from Mike Fester of Specialty Risk Insurance
- Logistics & Horse Hauling Assistance & Scheduling
- A Detailed Invoice at time of check out Including all fees (Health Certificate, Office, Brand inspection)
Online Bidding Registration
Register at cci.live to ensure a smooth, secure bidding experience.
- We will need a copy of your driver’s license
- Funds Approval Form or a Letter of Good standing from your Financial Institution
- Signed Buyers Terms & Conditions (Terms & Conditions)
Email copy of Driver’s License, Funds Approval & Signed Buyers Terms & Conditions to complete the registration process to tphorse1@gmail.com
Winning Online Buyer Will Receive
- A buyer Swag Bag for each horse purchased full of Sponsorship goodies and a Custom Halter

An Invoice will be emailed Sunday August 2nd, the invoice will include fees for (Health Certificate, Office, Brand).
Along with wiring instructions, the full payment must be wired to Turner Performance Horses by Monday, August 3rd, 2026. Please confirm your bank’s wiring process in advance to ensure you meet the deadline.
Phone & Absentee Bidding Registration
Complete the Phone/Absentee Bidding Form be sure to check Phone or Absentee, confirm shipping address and all horses you wish to bid on completed by August 1st, 2026, 12pm MTN time.
- We will need a copy of your driver’s license
- Funds Approval Form or a Letter of Good standing from your Financial Institution
- Signed Buyers Terms & Conditions (Terms & Conditions)
