LK Uno Smart Boon "Uno"

Uno is a 6yr old gelding standing 14.3 weighing 1300lbs. He’s a dark rich bay with a heavy muscular conformation to go with it, he’s a stunner! Uno has a big bone and foot, he’s built to last a lifetime and has been 100% sound his entire life. Uno is truly a family horse. He’s been ridden by grandpas and children to move cattle in the mountains, there isn’t a place he won’t go with a willing attitude and not much of anything fazes him. He’s so gentle and polite, he loves attention and will meet you at the gate ready for his morning treat! Uno is a finished rope horse. He’s been hauled and won on in the breakaway, heading and heeling! He’s quiet in the box, he’s extremely fast, and is a HUGE stopper. Uno is one of the easiest horses we’ve ever had to rope on. He’s so smooth and he will get you to the cow and rate in a perfect spot. He’s the kind that helps you catch! Uno is talented enough for a high numbered roper, yet quiet and easy enough for a lowered number person as well. Being by the famous ‘Once in a Blu Boon’ Uno is eligible for the riata buckle as well as the royal crown. He’s the type you could quite literally go win 100k on in one roping. He’s been all over and will give you a realistic chance at doing well every single time. Uno has also seen a lot of use on the ranch as well. He’s branded thousands of calves, doctored yearlings, and he’s my all time favorite horse to sort pairs on. He will watch a cow like a cutter, and has got the athletic ability and grit to hold one. Uno is fancy fancy broke, you could should him in the cowhorse as he will slide to a stop, spin on a dime and lopes around on a loose rein. Uno is truly a once in a life time type of horse. He’s got the heart and mind of a winner and he is always on your team!
